our next event

Ok, so it has been awhile since we have all been together and I think we should plan something. Let's pick a date, even if it is awhile away and get together. I'll start by proposing this Friday (27th). We could have pot luck or go to an inexpensive restaurant. Let's negotiate a date. We need to create a new memory.

    OR we could get together on Saturday for Earth Hour! Have dinner first, then shut out the lights and light candles and drink wine!

    I have a birthday party but it is at Mildred Pierce (sp?) in Liberty Village and then we are heading out, I assume on King Street if anyone wants to come along - I would love for you to join me (Amrit's Birthday). I sure hope the resturant is trying to be part of Earth Hour..I would hate to not participate.

    Hey ladies
    Does getting together for drinks / weekend hang out constitute as 'an event'? I thought the blog was to help us with organizing/planning re major things like cottage weekends...for staying social and in touch I think I prefer regular old phone/email/txt vs having to remember to check the blog for what might be going on and planning my social calendar. Hope that doesn't sound bitchy, I just feel like we are going down a slippery slope when the only time we communicate is via a website vs picking up the phone and checking in and seeing if peeps want to get together.

    At any rate, I'm away this weekend so not around unfortunately to get together.

    anyway, so if we are thinking Friday night, we could go to Fresh....it's all vegetarian, but inexpensive and quite tasty. open to any cheap options!

    I am free on friday night! AND I looooooove Fresh! it's my favourite restaurant! If anyone wants to spin with me in the afternoon and then we could go to fresh.... that would be awesome!!!!

    I am laying low on sat. night b/c of the 3 hour spin class on sunday.... so i hope friday works!
